Meet some of the many wonderful dogs and cats available for adoption, up close and personal. We look forward to meeting you!
If you plan on adopting a dog, come prepared! We ask that all members of your household including any resident dogs meet prospective Hopalong dogs before you bring them home.
If you don’t want to wait for a mobile adoption to meet the purrfect cat or kitten, then please visit some of our cats anytime during normal business hours at Petco in Emeryville, Petsmart in Pinole or Your Basic Bird in Berkeley. Check the cat page on the site and see who’s where and then click on the location link for store address information.

Your donation helps provide food and medical care for one of the animals at Hopalong & Second Chance Animal Rescue. Dog sponsorships are $75, and cat sponsorships are $50.
