He's crate-trained and his house training is coming along very well in his foster home.   Like his siblings, Big Bird will be fine with other dogs, cats and older kids.

Sex/Age/Weight: Male/neutered, 3 months, 15-20 lbs grown

Personality:  We’re not quite sure what breed Gumdrop is- but we do know that he is absolutely adorable!  He is most likely a mixture of Doxie, terrier, maybe Chihuahua. He is an active and happy pup.  Loves to romp around with other dogs, and play with tennis balls.  He will be ok with other dogs, kids, cats unknown but probably ok.  Working on crate training and potty training in foster home.  Just rescued, more info to follow.

Personality:  This lady has the best qualities of each breed. She is silly, friendly, goofy, outgoing, and energetic.  Loma is fine with dogs and kids, but no cats.  Just rescued; more info to come.

Personality:  Otter is a very sweet girl, who needs a little bit of confidence building.  Once she knows you’re her friend- which takes only a few minutes- she is full of kisses.  She loves to run around and play, and also enjoys quality lap time. She would be fine with other dogs, older kids, cats unknown.  Just rescued, more info to follow.

Mix/Breed: German Shepherd/Plotthound mix

Sex/Age/Weight: Male/neutered, 1 year, 70 lbs

Personality:  Camino is a friendly and an easy going dog.  He doesn't have a mean bone in his body and is so well-behaved in his foster home with exceptional house manners. He is great with other dogs and happy in his foster home to be outside during the day relaxing in the sun shine and playing with other dogs.  Camino is not hyper or too needy, though he does like to be pet.  He is good with kids. No cats. Given the breed type, he will need daily exercise. Camino is an overall GREAT dog.

Personality:  Alice is a sweet and sensitive little girl.  She enjoys playing with other dogs.  The world is a big place to Alice, and her foster mom is working on building her confidence.  Alice is very eager to please.  She's fine with other dogs, kids, and cats are unknown at this point.  She is working on crate training and potty training in foster home. Mix/Breed: Lab/Ridgeback/Pit mix

Sex/Age/Weight: Female/spayed, 4 months, 70 lbs grown

Personality:  Sierra is one big puppy!  She is an affectionate young lady, loves to give kisses, but her favorite thing is belly rubs!  Sierra came form a Central Valley shelter, and is a melting pot of breeds. She has a ridge down her back so may be part Ridgeback, she also looks to have some lab and pit qualities as well.   She plays gently with other dogs.  She also enjoys a mid afternoon nap.  She will be fine with other dogs, and kids, but cats are unknown at this point.  She is working on crate training and potty training in her foster home.  Just rescued, more info to follow.

Personality:  Apricot is an affectionate and loving dog. Her foster mom says she's 'Miss Personality'...a real social butterfly.  As a Terrier breed, she is high energy and needs her daily dose of exercise and play.  She's fine with dogs and kids of any age.   Apricot is very smart, learns quickly and just wants to please.  She's crate-trained and almost housebroken.  Apricot is a very sweet girl  who will simply melt your heart.

Sex/Age/Weight: Male/neutered, 1 year, 10 lbs

Personality:  Fenway is really sweet and cuddly. He's very friendly with adults, children and other dogs.  No experience with cats yet. Fenway is working on house training and commands in his foster home.  He can be very playful and inquisitive, but mostly just likes to be calm and cuddle with you. Very quiet and definitely likes to be an indoor dog.

Personality:  Spencer is the perfect lap dog.  He loves to cuddle, give kisses and play with his toys. He's a sweet dog. He is almost fully housebroken and he is learning a few basic commands from his foster mom. He rarely barks and sleeps great at night. He loves to take walks and does pretty well on the leash. He is fine with other dogs and older kids.

Personality:  Freckles is a confident, playful youngin' with lots of energy and a distinct enthusiasm for kisses on the mouth! She's also an impressive jumper. Freckles prefers sleeping as close to her person.  She's a smart girl, learning new commands and getting lots of wonderful socialization in her foster home.

Personality:  What’s black and white and cute all over? Joshua!  He is just about as cute as they come.  Joshua is one happy puppy. He loves to play with other dogs, and even tries to play with cats- although the cats don’t want to play with him!  He will do well in a dog savvy, active household. He is working on potty training, house training, and basic obedience in his foster home and he is learning very fast.

Personality:  Archie is extremely happy and excited to be in a loving foster home.  He's a very curious dog and loves exploring everything and everyone that crosses his path. Archie is quite friendly and social with everyone, even small children.   He can be submissive with cats, and just keeps to himself.   Archie is fine with other dogs.  Archie does have a lot of energy and is very playful.  He's working on crate training and manners with great guidance in foster care. Overall, Archie is very smart, affectionate, and a bundle of furry love.

Personality:  Dinky is settling into his foster home nicely and loving all the attention.  They already think he's just an awesome little guy.  He's very affectionate and can also be a playful little guy. Dinky is good with other dogs and would be fine in a home with older kids.

Sex/Age/Weight:Male/neutered, 3 years, 70 lbs

Personality:  Scout is an adorable and goofy young man.  He's still very active and gets along with all dogs.  Scout also loves children of any age, but because of his size and energy level, he would be best with older kids that couldn't easily get knocked over.  He is house broken and trained to sleep in a crate at night.  Scout is a handsome hound who loves any and all attention.   Like many hounds, he is vocal.  Therefore, he should live in a rural setting where his “talking” won’t disturb the neighbors.

Sex/Age/Weight:  Male/neutered, 9  months, 10 lbs

Personality: Rodeo is quite a spirited little guy!  He loves to be the center of attention. He gets along with other dogs and would probably love an active companion to show him the ropes and teach him who's boss.  At this point, we don't know if he's good with cats.  Rodeo would be fine with kids older than 12.  He is crate trained and also pretty much housetrained and never chews anything in the house except for his toys.

Sex/Age/Weight: Female/spayed, 9 months, 55 lbs

Personality: If you’re looking for a little bit of pit bull love in your life- Posie may be the girl for you!  She’s a young lady, and is full of energy.  She gets along well with other dogs.  She is very affectionate, and is also quite smart.  She will need an adopter experienced with the breed, and able to take her to basic obedience classes, where we are sure she will be star!  She is working on crate training and potty training in her foster home.  No cats or kids under 12.

Sex/Age/Weight: Female/spayed, 6 months, 50 lbs grown

Personality: Blair is an inquisitive and outgoing puppy.  She loves to explore her new surroundings, but also loves her cuddle time.  Blair is going to be a high energy dog that needs an active family who will give her the exercise she needs. Besides her daily walks, she loves playing tug of war or ball with her foster family.  She loves any outdoor adventures and will gladly go on any car rides.  She'll do fine in a home with other dogs.  Blair would be good with older kids too.  But no cats for this girl.  Blair is completely potty-trained and is crate-trained.  Blair is very smart and eager to learn.  She's a fun pup to have around.

Sex/Age/Weight: Female/spayed, 6 years, 75 lbs

Personality: Gracie still has a lot of spunk and energy, and although she's completed obedience training, she needs a dog savvy human to lead her.  This girl loves all people and dogs, but no cats please.  Gracie is also wonderful with kids.  She loves going anywhere with her people (especially the dog park) and will be the first to jump right in the car and take the front seat!  Gracie also has good house manners.  She's looking for someone who has the time for her and can tell her what a special girl she is.

Sex/Age/Weight: Female/spayed, 2 years, 8 lbs

Personality: Beyonce is a real sweetheart.  Her true nature is to be sweet and loving. She's also pretty quiet for her breed type. Beyonce probably didn't have much obedience training in her previous life, and is learning a lot in her foster home.  She's attentive and eager to learn, but her forever family will need to continue her training and socializations.  Beyonce is fine with dogs, but is not good with cats.  She really is a pretty calm dog when she's in a calm environment.  An adult household would probably be best for Beyonce.  Beyonce loves human interaction and would prefer to be with her human as much as she can.

Mix/Breed: TreeWalker Hound

Sex/Age/Weight: Male/neutered, 6 years, 55 lbs

Personality:  Baxter is a very sweet adult dog. He is a very happy-go-lucky guy who enjoys being with people and other dogs immensely.  He uses a doggie door, has great house manners and is just happy to be part of his foster family. Although Baxter is a bit more hesitant with men and therefore would thrive in either a women-only household or with a family that can take the time to make him feel more secure and trusting of men.  He also needs a home without children.  Baxter loves attention and he'll greet everyone he meets hoping for a pat on the head.  The great thing about Baxter is that he's young enough to be lively and interested in the world around him but old enough to know his manners and be an easy to care for dog.
