At Hopalong & Second Chance Animal Rescue, matching responsible guardians with our animals is our primary goal.

Too often, wonderful animals end up in shelters because they weren’t a good match for their families from the beginning. We begin the adoption process by carefully interviewing potential adopters to make sure the relationship will work for everyone. We look for people who intend to provide a home for the life of the dog or cat and understand what that requires. We also try to match your needs with the type and temperament of animal that will best fit your lifestyle.

All pets adopted from Hopalong & Second Chance have been spayed or neutered.
